My second passion, next to photography is certainly sailing. Over the years I've been to many sailing areas. Some of which we raced, some of which we just enjoyed. This is a brief overview of some sailing trips. Please, be patient, it will take a while to complete this.

Experiments

Quite often I take my camera and put it to its limits. Rarely I do that on my own ideas. Still, the results are unique and here go these fiddling arounds subdivided in software and hardware. First of which means I took a picture and took it to Photoshop, Lightroom, and so on. Last of which means I played around with camera settings, flash, reflectors, strobes, filters, you name it.

Software:

1. Punching Colors in Lightroom
2. (Partial) Black and White

Hardware:

1. Freezing motion with flashes and long exposures
2. Fatten and Slimmen with Focal length
   

Photography Introduction

Quite often I am asked to give introductions into photography and some courses I have given in the past. I strongly believe in practice, practice, practice … just get your gear out and shoot!
